1.1 The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from Luke Fletcher MS for item 3. Llyr Gruffydd MS attended as a substitute.
1.3 Luke Fletcher MS and Llyr Gruffydd MS declared they were members of the British Veterinary Association. Luke Fletcher MS declared that he sits on sub groups of the Tata Steel UK Transition Board.
2.1 The Committee noted the papers.
3.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Rural Affairs and North Wales, and Trefnydd.
3.2 The Minister agreed to write to the Committee with a note on the peer-reviewed report by Colin Birch on the impact of the removal of infected wildlife on Bovine TB incidences in England.
4.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Economy.
4.2 The Minister agreed to write to the Committee to provide figures regarding the takeup of apprenticeships in the January programmes.
5.1 The Motion to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting was agreed.
6.1 The Committee considered the evidence received. It was agreed that the Chair would write to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs about Ministerial engagement with Welsh Ministers on devolved matters.
